Harkol is an iron fisted sorcerer that rediscovered the art of Golem artificing and uses it to manufacture war machines to sell to various city states. He’s obsessed with the perfection of Golems and sees them as a higher form. It’s rumored that he’s performed the transformation on himself, but as he never appears publicly, no one knows if it’s true.
